    What we are looking for

    As a Vacation Rental Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our short term rental inventory by selling Awning's property management solution to homeowners. You will work in a high-velocity sales environment, with the goal of meeting monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

    What you'll do

    • Handle inbound/outbound sales operations through telesales, and video conferencing.
    • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities and plan and execute management portfolio growth
    • Work closely with local operations and support staff to ensure owner satisfaction
    • Learn and communicate company services and policies, staying current with any changes
    • Consistently log and update sales activities in the company's CRM
    • Handle a large volume of networking and lead generation while managing your sales pipeline through the various sales development stages

    What you'll bring

    • 1-3+ years of work (full-time) experience
    • 1-3+ years of sales experience
    • 1-3+ years of experience at a start-up
    • 1-3+ years of experience in short term/vacation rentals
    • Determined and tenacious personality
    • Ability to act as a consultant to homeowners and initiate long-term relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
    • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry
    • A passion for real estate and a personal knowledge of owning & operating short term rentals

    Perks and Benefits

    • Total Comp: $80,000-$100,000+ OTE
    • Base: $30,000 / annual
    • Variable Commission: $50,000-$70,000+ (uncapped commissions)
      • *NOTE current lead flow + conversion is pacing at $70k+ commission
