    Job Description

    Within Adobe Studio, the Studio Managers are the experts on a business segment, and they serve as Adobe Studio’s communication hub, connecting disparate information and teams: media, analytics, research, creative, production, agencies, and outside stakeholders.  Most importantly, Studio Manager are the bridge between Campaign Marketing and Adobe Studio, connecting campaign strategy and business requirements with effective creative solutions.  Studio Managers pair with the Adobe Studio and agency creative teams to help shape and develop world-class, award-winning work. They do so by advocating for the right customer insights to drive what we produce, by remaining grounded in the customer experience, and by staying close to the business dynamics of a given segment or segments. 

    What you’ll do:  I.    Build business relationships to foster marketing efficacy •    Lead the Business Relationships o    Build influential and collaborative relationships between Adobe Studio and the Campaign Marketing teams. o    Partner with the Campaign Marketing leaders to clarify objectives, establish priorities, and clearly define parameters in an effort to craft sharp creative briefs.  o    Partner with, guide, and support Adobe Studio or Agency creative teams to develop customer-centric creative solutions business objectives.  o    Foster a collaborative team environment and set the tone for delivering excellence to stakeholders across the organization. •    Know the business o    Influence marketing strategies and collaborate in brief development for clarity of business objectives and actionable content. o    Work with Adobe Studio and partner agencies to provide solutions that address the business challenges.  

    II.    Foster Creative Excellence •    Provide strategic execution solutions o    Support Adobe Studio by communicating key project information and stakeholder objectives, ensuring effective creative solutions. o    Distill direction and simplify complexity for creative partners. o    Identify and allocate the right resources—both internal and external—for all marketing campaign and asset development and production. o    Anticipate pitfalls and work quickly to avoid or resolve them before they are felt by the team. •    Steward the brand o    Review content for quality, consistency, accuracy, and advancement of the Adobe brand in design reviews. o    Recognize, celebrate, and advocate for diverse and outstanding creative that serves business objectives while maintaining and advancing the Adobe brand. •    Obsess about results o    Work with the campaign team, Marketing and Consumer Insights (MCI) and with media partners (social, performance, lifecycle, demand, etc.) to hone a “source of truth” via research, KPIs and a measurement plan.  III.    Strive for operational excellence •    Innovate in how we scale  o    Own and manage agency relationships and engagements that include regular briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews. o    Partner with agency account and project teams, who will own projects from beginning to end, keeping clients updated, and engaging leadership as necessary to maintain momentum toward deliverables. •    Own the marketing execution budget o    Maintain and track segment budgets, report out as needed, and elevate potential budget risk to leadership in a timely fashion. They have a passion for marketing and the creative product.  •    Studio Managers work in packs with the media, analytics, research and creatives teams. They have the ability to work with a variety of marketing contacts including peers, stakeholders, strategists, and creatives to support and advocate for great work that delivers to Adobe standards. •    Despite working in packs, Studio Managers are highly autonomous and are self-starters.  •    Well-versed in today’s omni-channel journey to purchase. •    Skills managing agency partnership relationships, including management of staffing, contracts, production budgets, creative assignments and creative review. •    Ability to juggle and manage multiple projects, remain open and flexible, collaborate and negotiate for success.

    • Studio Managers work in packs with the media, analytics, research and creatives teams. They have the ability to work with a variety of marketing contacts including peers, stakeholders, strategists, and creatives to support and advocate for great work that delivers to Adobe standards.
    • Despite working in packs, Studio Managers are highly autonomous and are self-starters.

    ·         Well-versed in today’s omni-channel journey to purchase.

    • Skills managing agency partnership relationships, including management of staffing, contracts, production budgets, creative assignments and creative review.
    • Ability to juggle and manage multiple projects, remain open and flexible, collaborate and negotiate for success.
    • 5-7 years of account management (in-house or agency) experience or similar.
