This role focuses on cloud solutions, architecture, data engineering, and performance optimization.     Summary of Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure data services.
    • Build and maintain integrations with internal and external data sources (e.g., APIs, SharePoint).
    • Evaluate and identify the best cloud solutions for the organization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement efficient data solutions.
    • Perform data ingestion, transformation, and integration tasks to ensure high-quality, consistent datasets.
    • Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance, resolving issues proactively.
    • Support data governance and security policies to safeguard sensitive information.
    • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
    • Stay updated on emerging Azure features and data technologies.

    Summary of Ideal Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
    • 2+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT, or data engineering roles.
    • Strong foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages used in data engineering.
    • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure services.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • Basic scripting skills or familiarity with coding (e.g., PowerShell).

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Basic understanding of data modeling and database design concepts.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
    • Knowledge of big data frameworks such as Apache Spark.
