    We are a firm focused on assisting our ideal clients, Business Owners, and Investors. We are on track for aggressive growth, and we need an experienced Paralegal to join our team and work directly with the client and attorneys to propel our team and help clients. We want to be known for helping clients protect their investments and defend their legacies. We are kickstarting fast growth, and we need a Paralegal who can hit the ground running. You’ll also be responsible for using your work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, interview clients, and conduct legal research. This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week. If interested, apply below. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION Responsibilities: • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer • Arrange law office activity such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers • Take care of administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining an organized filing system for all legal documents • Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues Qualifications: • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting Compensation: $42,000 yearly
