Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an Integrated B2B Marketing Manager with proven experience in wholesale and B2B2C marketing and trade show activations. You’ll collaborate with the Sales Team (including Wholesale and Enterprise functions) to create tools and strategies that drive product sell-in and sell-thru to wholesale partners, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and enterprise accounts.
This is a mid-level position reporting to the Brand Director and working closely with sales, product, creative, and external partners.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and/or wholesale partners.
Background in CPG/consumer goods, retail, outdoor, or apparel industries.
Experience creating marketing tools to support sales teams, specifically to drive product sell-in and sell-thru.
Experience working with VARs or enterprise accounts.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing trade shows or industry events from a marketing lens.
Familiarity with the skilled trades or workwear industry is a plus.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across internal and external teams.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable tools and strategies.
Ideal previous titles: Wholesale Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing Manager, B2B Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Manager.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
TRUEWERK is committed to providing fair and competitive compensation through a combination of base salary and performance-based bonuses. Other benefits include but are not limited to:
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
