Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative with a strong background in business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly in HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, or construction industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for our ductwork fabrication services.

    Key Responsibilities: • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients, including HVAC contractors, mechanical companies, and general contractors. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the industry. • Present and sell custom ductwork fabrication solutions that meet client needs. • Prepare and negotiate quotes, proposals, and contracts to close deals effectively. • Utilize B2B sales strategies such as cold calling, networking, and client meetings. • Manage and track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with our fabrication team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

    Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B sales (HVAC, ductwork, sheet metal, or construction preferred). • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills. • Ability to generate and close new business through strategic prospecting. • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently. • Understanding of ductwork fabrication and HVAC systems (training provided if needed). • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
