BA Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define process improvements, and write detailed test cases. The Business Analyst will work closely with product owners and subject matter experts to ensure solutions align with business objectives and provide valuable insights to decision-makers.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Insurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products

• Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and individuals outside of the organization, including vendor

• SQL knowledge

• Insurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products
