    Job Description

    BryceTech is currently looking for a Program Manager/Subject Matter Expert to support BARDA's mission in enhancing the nation's public health security and emergency preparedness by facilitating communication on innovative products and solutions between federal agencies and public stakeholders. **** This individual will be responsible for supporting program creation and execution. This individual will coordinate the generation, maintenance, and dissemination of key program documents to team members and stakeholders and will help create compelling strategic and explanatory materials. In addition, this individual will possess a current knowledge of the technology landscape and be able to integrate new technologies into BARDA programs.

    The Alliance Office focuses on the development of novel medical countermeasures and enabling technologies that confer protection at the individual, population, and infrastructure levels against recurring as well as emerging health threats. Specifically, there is interest in platform technologies with “plug and play” functionality as well as enabling technologies to bring forth the next generation of vaccines.

    The person in this role will:

    • Conduct landscape and market research to support strategy for new programs.
    • Support new program development, execution and management of new strategic programs.
    • Provide technical subject matter expertise or act as technical lead on a breadth of BARDA partnerships including Prize challenges, contracts and IAAs.
    • Assist in review of proposals, and deliverables under contracts to ensure program alignment and adherence to contract expectations.
    • Provide updates, summary reports and briefings to DRIVe and BARDA stakeholders and leadership as requested.
    • Support program management duties including budget oversight, portfolio trackers and metrics, development of communication materials, etc.
    • Collaborate with various divisions across DRIVe and BARDA to aid in coordination of efforts
    • Work collaboratively with DRIVe and Alliance Office team on cross-wide activities as requested to support DRIVe mission.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Doctorate in biology, medicine, or related sciences
    • 15+ years of experience
    • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
    • Strong communication skills
    • Travel may be required up to 25%
