Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within a restaurant / bar (full liquor) environment, have the adequate licensing minimum requirement by the county and state. 1 Certification Food Handlers thru the County of Riverside (no servesafe) 2 Certificate Responsible Alcohol service (RBS) 3 Certificate Sexual and General Harassment class (CRD) 4 Provide a government Issue ID or Driver License 5 Have a valid Social Security number or TIN
Applicants must be over the age of 21, have knowledge in craft cocktails, bourbon, whiskey, scotches. Applicants must have worked a full bar and full restaurant, have the ability to stand in their feet for over 5 hours, must have the ability to multitask bar and dining room service.
