    COMPENSATION: $80,000 - $85,000/Year + Generous Benefits, 401K, Pension Plan

    POSITION SUMMARY: Under the Direction of the HR Manager the TA Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The TA Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·         Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.

    ·         Collaborates with department managers to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

    ·         Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

    ·         Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media, job posting boards, and professional platforms).

    ·         Advertise job openings on the organization’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.

    ·         Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

    ·         Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

    ·         Attends and conducts interviews with department managers, and other stakeholders as needed.

    ·         Conduct background checks and reference checks.

    ·         Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

    ·         Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

    ·         Identifies, develops, attends, and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.

    ·         Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·         5-7 years of experience managing the full cycle recruitment and hiring process

    ·         Minimum of 3 years of high volume recruiting for the healthcare, medical and IT industry  

    ·         Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience

    ·         Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

    ·         HRCI PHRca, SPHR or SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.

    ·         Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

    ·         Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, HRIS databases or related software.

    ·         Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
