ABA therapy clinic looking to hire a BCBA . Our mission is to advance medical and behavioral treatment for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities using an integrated model that is client-centered and guided by collaboration, compassion, and quality care.
BCBA Responsibilities:
Delivering behavior analytic services and maintaining a full client caseload.
Conduct initial and ongoing functional behavior assessments (e.g., ABLLS and VB-MAPP).
Writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
Ongoing data collection, graphing, and analysis of each client's progress.
Training and providing feedback to staff, parents and caregivers on behavior-analytic plans, strategies, and services.
Remain current with State and Federal Regulations regarding the delivery of services.
BCBA Requirements:
BCBA with at least 1 year of experience working with diverse client caseload, including individuals, with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Experience in a variety of settings (preferred): school, outpatient clinic, in home.
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to successfully train and lead team members with various area of expertise.
Extensive knowledge and experience with principles of applied behavioral analysis.
Ability to work independently an prioritize tasks/goals for self and others.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
