    Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home services to clients in the Kenosha area. This role is essential to delivering direct, meaningful interventions and overseeing treatment plans that support our clients’ growth and development.     Key Responsibilities

    Conduct in-home assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.

    Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

    Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure treatment consistency and success.

    Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and family goals.

    Document session notes, progress reports, and treatment modifications accurately.

    Maintain ongoing communication with the Motivated Learners team to ensure the highest quality of care.

    Qualifications

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

    Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

    Experience working with children on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and adhering to Motivated Learners’ values of compassionate, evidence-based care.
