    Job Summary: We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Clinic Program Director role in Farmington, Missouri. You’ll lead a team, implement evidence-based interventions, and guide the development of junior clinicians.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead & Mentor: Train, supervise, and mentor a team of RBTs.

    Client Success: Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee treatment programs.

    Family Collaboration: Provide caregiver training and support.

    Professional Development: Stay current with ABA trends and fulfill Continuing Education for BCBA certification.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field.

    Experience: 2+ years in ABA, including ABLLS/VB-MAPP, and behavior programs.

    Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing.

    Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and leadership skills; ability to multitask and work collaboratively.

    Travel: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
