What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, ensuring the delivery of effective, compassionate care.
Design Impactful Programs: Conduct assessments (including ABLLS, VB-MAPP), create data-driven treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
Support Families: Provide parent training and hands-on guidance to help families succeed at home.
Drive Quality Care: Oversee clinical operations to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Grow Professionally: Stay current on ABA best practices and maintain CEU requirements — we’ll help support that.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
Minimum 2 years of ABA experience, including assessments and BIPs
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience training or supervising RBTs (preferred)
Functional assessment and data analysis expertise
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
