Job Description: BCBA Clinical Director
Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director in Winston-Salem, NC. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our ABA therapy programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership & Supervision:
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA therapy.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Monitor and analyze client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Program Development & Management:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and funding requirements.
- Manage caseloads and ensure efficient scheduling of services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Conduct parent training and education sessions.
- Represent the company at community events and professional conferences.
- Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular audits of client records and treatment plans.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification1 in good standing.
- Minimum2 of [Insert number, e.g., 3-5] years of experience providing ABA therapy services.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
