    Job Description: BCBA Clinical Director

    Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina

    Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Our kiddos receive the best one-on-one therapy in a family focused environment. We will be opening our Winston-Salem, North Carolina soon and currently offer home and school based services.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director in Winston-Salem, NC. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our ABA therapy programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

    Responsibilities:

    • Clinical Leadership & Supervision:
      • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
      • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
      • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA therapy.
      • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
      • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
      • Monitor and analyze client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
    • Program Development & Management:
      • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and funding requirements.
      • Manage caseloads and ensure efficient scheduling of services.
      • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
    • Collaboration & Communication:
      • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
      • Conduct parent training and education sessions.
      • Represent the company at community events and professional conferences.
      • Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Conduct regular audits of client records and treatment plans.
      • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
      • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in ABA therapy.

    Qualifications:

       
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
    •  
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification1 in good standing.
    •  
    • Minimum2 of [Insert number, e.g., 3-5] years of experience providing ABA therapy services.
    • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.

    • Proficiency4 in electronic data collection and reporting systems.
    • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
