    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor

    Location: Saint Louis, Missouri

Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead with Impact – Provide training, presentations, and mentorship on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ABA interventions

    Clinical Supervision – Guide and oversee a team of RBTs/Behavior Therapists to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans

    Ongoing Client Success – Conduct behavioral assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and adjust interventions to ensure progress

    Family Collaboration – Provide caregiver training and support families in applying ABA strategies at home

    Professional Development – Stay at the forefront of ABA through training, conferences, and continuing education opportunities

    Mentorship & Performance Management – Supervise junior staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide professional support to enhance their growth

    Qualifications:

    Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

    Experience: Minimum two years of hands-on ABA experience, including conducting ABLLS and/or VB-MAPP assessments and writing behavior intervention plans

    Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing with completed or in-progress supervisor training (8-hour requirement)

    Skills & Abilities:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, staff, and professionals

    Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIP)

    Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment

    Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced setting

    Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance (travel may be required)
