Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative setting where you’ll have a direct impact on both clients and colleagues. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and mentor a team of professionals while overseeing the implementation of effective, evidence-based interventions.
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst for our program in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Impact: Disseminate your expertise on ASD and ABA through training, presentations, and mentorship opportunities, helping to shape the development of both clients and staff.
Collaborative Leadership: Supervise a team of RBTs/Behavior Therapists to ensure that ABA treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity and that clients receive the best care possible.
Ongoing Client Success: Conduct regular behavioral assessments, design and oversee treatment programs, and adjust treatment plans based on data analysis to ensure continuous client progress.
Family-Centered Care: Provide caregiver training, collaborate with families, and support them in understanding and implementing behavior strategies at home.
Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest in ABA by participating in training, conferences, and other professional development opportunities. We support your growth and Continuing Education for BCBA requirements.
Mentorship and Supervision: Use your supervisory experience to provide guidance, performance evaluations, and professional support to junior staff, helping them grow and succeed in their careers.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience in ABA, with expertise in conducting ABLLS and/or VB-MAPP, as well as writing behavior programs.
Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing, with 8 hours of supervisor training completed or in progress.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals.
Experience conducting and overseeing functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong, collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance, as travel may be required.
