    Job Description:

    FABS is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated and caring professionals, to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism and related Pervasive Developmental Disorders in their home, community, and clinic setting.     Position Description:

    Each BCBA is responsible for the design and implementation of individualized behavioral treatment programs for clients in their homes, schools, or community. The BCBA is accountable for ensuring that the treatment plan and goals are communicated and progress occurs. Conduct initial and on-going assessments including the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS and Vineland-III. Provide parent training sessions. The BCBA supervises and evaluates Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) performance and provides feedback to develop programs, training and mentoring ensuring high-quality services are being provided.

    Minimum Requirements:

    BCBA certificate

    Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver’s license

    Must pass criminal background check

    Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships

    Able to work in a variety of environments including home, community and school settings, and clinic.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a BCBA

    Washington State License, LBA

    BCBA Supervision Training

    CPR, BLS certified

    Pay Rates

    Part time pay rate $50.00-$60.00 Hourly

    Full time pay rate $74,000-$84,000 Salary + benefits
