We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analysts (QBA) to join our dynamic team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead ABA Treatment Services:
Conduct initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify challenging behavior functions.
Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) based on assessment outcomes.
Track client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
Ensure Compliance:
Adhere to all state and insurance-mandated standards of care.
Secure insurance approvals and manage related documentation.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to make informed decisions about treatment intensity, approaches, transitions, and discharge plans.
Coordinate with other providers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.
Training and Supervision:
Train and supervise clinical staff, ensuring consistently high-quality treatment services.
Foster the growth of supervisees by emphasizing the development of independent clinical skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks promptly, including generating reports, completing insurance reviews, and handling paperwork to secure funding for client services.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in behavior analysis.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Education & Certification:
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services, preferably in a remote setting.
Proven experience in conducting FBAs and developing/implementing behavior intervention plans.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
Ability to commute to Bloomington, MN 55425 (Preferred).
Willingness to travel up to 50% (Preferred).

Full-Time Employees:
Competitive salary ranging from $84,000 to $104,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Performance-based bonuses (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Signing bonus opportunities.
Contractors:
Competitive hourly rates or project-based compensation.
Bonus opportunities based on performance.
Expected Hours
Full-Time: 20 – 40 hours per week
