Qualifications Required:
Master's degree or higher.
Any of the following valid licenses/certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Board Certified.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Overview: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within our school services, you will play a crucial role in administering assessments, developing reports, and training and supervising behavior technicians. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with no weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer various assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
Develop comprehensive reports including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
Utilize behavioral skills training to educate direct care staff on necessary skills for the client's program and monitor progress regularly.
Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
Create individualized programming tailored to the needs of each client and their caregivers.
Schedule and Shift Details:
Work Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts required.
