    Your Impactful Role

    As our BCBA in Nebraska, you will:

    Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Use evidence-based methods to evaluate client behaviors and develop personalized intervention strategies.

    Develop & Implement Behavior Plans: Create and execute tailored treatment plans that drive positive, measurable outcomes.

    Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Collect, analyze, and adjust treatment approaches based on robust behavioral data.

    What We’re Looking For

    Board Certification & Nebraska Licensure: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current licensure in Nebraska.

    Educational Background: A master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field from an accredited institution.

    Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in behavioral assessments, developing intervention plans, and utilizing data to inform treatment.

    Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

    Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Office 365 and EHR systems (experience with Valant is a plus).
