Job Description

PTT /BCT Southwest is searching for an experienced Web to Print specialist to join our Denver, Colorado team.  BCT is a commercial trade printing and graphics company that specializes in hosted Web to Print solutions for resellers.   These resellers depend on us for much of their print production needs - from file creation to finished printed product.

As a support service to printing, we include custom website development and support.  Using several different software platforms, we build template driven web to print solutions that must integrate with end user technologies as well as providing order data to our resellers. This position also entails managing our customer facing BCTSouthwest.com website, including content, navigation, functionality and databases. 

Qualified Candidates will be given login and password data to review the primary web platforms inclusive to the position.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE POSITION HAS:

•         Expertise using the Adobe Creative Suite (esp. InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
•         Technical knowledge of offset and digital print
•         Working knowledge of pre-press processes and workflow
•        Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and software platforms simultaneously.
•        Base level programming skills for website integrations.
•        Customer Relations skills for design interviews, training end users and trouble shooting.
•        Ability to work with Customer Service and Sales staff to create and update web portals per end user requests.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

Our 3 locations in Denver CO, Tempe AZ and Albuquerque NM process almost 600 print orders daily.   50-60% of which comes through these custom designed web portals. Candidates must be able to work independently and efficiently.  Our BCT team members are experts in the production of large order volumes and depend on the seamless integration of our technology platforms to drive that production model.
