    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION: • Assistant Customer Support • Work from home position. • Shift hours between 6 AM - 9 PM (Central Standard Time), Monday thru Friday. • DXC will provide computer and headset. • Opportunity to be considered for full time employment. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. • Must be able to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug Screen. • Must have high speed WiFi to work remote and service callers from home. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Answering telephones and responding to basic Customer questions using established Methods provided during training to schedule and change customer appointments, answering questions from the customer on what to bring to the appointments and other questions. • Process transactions and track responses to ensure completion of calls. • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software. • Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary. • Ability to follow oral and written directions. • Overtime may be available. Shifts may occasionally change based on business needs. • Prior call center experience would be a plus, but is not necessary. • Must fully comply with Remote Agent protocols, processes, and procedures and with United States Government contract requirements. • Agents and DXC must comply with IDEMIA’s background check process and criteria. • All personnel with access to TSA and FBI contract sensitive information, SSI and/or PII must be vetted and shall undergo federal background checks. • All personnel supporting state programs shall undergo state-specific background checks, as required by program.
