JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

WORK LOCATION: 150 N 18TH AVE SUITE 410 PHOENIX, AZ 85007

EXPECTED DURATION: 3+ MONTHS CONTRACT

PAY RATE: $16/HR ON W2

POSITION TYPE: 100% ONSITE

SHIFT TIMING: 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM

KNOWLEDGE OF:

• Customer service techniques.
• Use of office equipment and computer systems.
• General office procedures and practices

SKILLS IN:

• Oral and written communication.
• Using courtesy and tact when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Use of office phones.
• Use of office equipment and computer systems, operate new computer systems and processing equipment.

ABILITY TO:

• Learn compliance statutes, general rules, regulations, and policies and procedures.
• Learn and operate new computer systems including programs and processing equipment.
• Provide information using oral and written communication.
• Listen and interpret information.
• Resolve problems.
• Multi-task with attention to detail
