Based in Beverly Hills, BD&J is the leading personal injury law firm seeking experienced, quality team members. Having recovered over $1 billion for our clients, we pride ourselves with experience our clients can trust.

We are looking for a full-time experienced Legal Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicate with clients, gathering necessary documents and information to begin building a case.
• Opening new claims with insurance company, working closely with insurance company and clients to settle property damage portion of cases.
• Consistent follow up with clients to ensure that they are undergoing recommended medical care.
• Assist Case Managers as necessary with tasks pertaining to managing open cases.
• Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars

Skills and Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail orientated, organized with excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines.
• Candidate must have excellent communication and people skills as this role requires heavy client contact.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology a plus.
• Spanish speaking is a plus
