    The BDC Coordinator will play a vital role in our Business Development Center, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries and facilitating effective communication between customers and our dealership. This position requires an energetic and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks, maintain a high level of customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Lead Management: Monitor and respond to incoming leads via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.
    - Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule customer appointments for vehicle demonstrations, service visits, and consultations with sales staff.
    - Customer Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries in a professional and informative manner.
    - Database Management: Input and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for sales teams.
    - Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and organizing promotional campaigns to enhance lead generation.
    - Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve the overall customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvements.
    - Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments, including sales, marketing, and service, to ensure a seamless flow of information and enhance operational efficiency.
    - Training and Development: Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and dealership processes, participating in ongoing training sessions as needed.

    Qualifications:

    - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
    - Experience: Previous experience in a business development, customer service, or sales support role preferred, ideally within the automotive industry.
