Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Qualified candidate will responsible for collection of information required to mobilize field office personnel, support Third Party Programs, and insurance needs. Data must be accurately entered into CRM software, XactAnalyis and will be transmitted electronically to field offices who will mobilize appropriate personnel. Attention to detail, strong customer service skills and the ability to provide compassionate and supportive responses while dealing with home owners is a must. BELFOR is a 24-7 operation so candidates will be assigned to a shift.
