    TALENT COORDINATOR

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Talent Coordinator plays a very important role in execution to all operational efforts. The Talent Coordinator works along the side of the Market Sales Director. The overall goal is to successfully create a brand for BG Talent while retaining current partners, and providing qualified talent to our CRE Partners. The Talent Coordinator will report to the Regional Operations Manager and works cohesively with them to optimize their market’s performance.

    I. Market Performance A. Weekly Recruiting Activity Per agreement B. 1:1 Daily calls with Market Sales Director ▪ Cover each market Sales and Operations C. Weekly Meetings with Regional Operations Manager: what are the topics to cover ▪ Pipeline ▪ Performance Overview - Projections ▪ Review Activity and Outcome per agreement

    D. Create awareness within the Commercial Real Estate Industry within the professional talent pool via Linked In, Social Media, referrals, ect. E. Conduct 10 interviews per week and on board a min of 8 qualified candidates F. Administrative tasks include: payroll and on boarding new candidates. G. Update calendar and plan each week to optimize work performance H. Submitting all client follow ups before and after interviews I. Resolve any issues with a thorough and problem solving approach J. Present 2-3 qualified candidates per order received within 24 hours K. Contribute to team by sharing recruiting techniques, marketing ideas The Talent Coordinator plays a very important role in execution to all operational and branding efforts. The Talent Coordinator needs plan, and implement each recruiting strategy successfully.

    The overall goal is to successfully create a brand for BG Talent while maintaining current business and building upon our current client base.

    It is the agreement the Talent Coordinator follows all company policies and procedures. In addition, the Director is expected to represent BG Talent in accordance to the company culture and mission statement.
