      As a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights, helping teams feel confident in their decision- making. You will work collaboratively across teams to design and develop BI tools that bring clarity to complex data and empower teams to work smarter. Your expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and BI platforms will create efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in reporting, ensuring teams have the data they need to succeed.

      What You Will Be Doing:

      • Create intuitive, user-friendly BI solutions that help teams interpret and trust the data.
      • Work with stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and meaningful.
      • Design and maintain data models that support evolving business needs.
      • Partner with Data Engineers to ensure ETL processes are seamless and efficient.
      • Develop clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
      • Listen to stakeholders’ needs and provide tools that make data easy to explore and understand.
      • Uncover trends, patterns, and key insights to help teams feel confident in decision-making.
      • Develop predictive models that highlight opportunities for growth and efficiency.
      • Ensure data is handled with care and integrity, supporting compliance and governance.
      • Work with IT and data teams to establish best practices that create trust in data usage.
      • Build relationships across departments to understand challenges and provide solutions.
      • Offer training and guidance to help teams use BI tools effectively.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in BI Engineering, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
      • Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
      • Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
      • Strong knowledge of BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
      • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business users.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling.

      • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
