Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Clinical Director in day-to-day clinical operations.
Review and provide input on assessments and reassessments to ensure quality and accuracy.
Oversee the submission and management of prior authorizations (PAs) for ABA services.
Ensure compliance with treatment plans and clinical documentation standards.
Support the Clinical Director with training and mentorship of clinical staff as needed.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to BH Field mission.
