    Location: Remote (US)

    BH Field is a team of ethical and compassionate ABA clinicians driven to address the needs of individuals with IDD/ASD, as well as their families. At BH Field our team share a culture of learning that encourages continuous professional growth and ongoing research in ABA therapy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Clinical Director in day-to-day clinical operations.

    • Review and provide input on assessments and reassessments to ensure quality and accuracy.

    • Oversee the submission and management of prior authorizations (PAs) for ABA services.

    • Ensure compliance with treatment plans and clinical documentation standards.

    • Support the Clinical Director with training and mentorship of clinical staff as needed.

    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to BH Field mission.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
    • Fluent communication in both English and Spanish (required).
    • Experience in conducting and reviewing behavioral assessments.
