As we continue to expand, Cypress Counseling & Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and bilingual (English-Spanish) Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This vital role will involve managing client communications, scheduling appointments for new and existing clients, overseeing a caseload of our clinicians, and assisting with marketing efforts and mental health fairs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in customer service, and a passion for supporting mental health initiatives.

Position Details:

Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities include: Answering client phone calls and inquiries Coordinating schedules for clinicians and clients Managing clinician caseloads Assisting with outreach efforts, including marketing and mental health events If you are a highly organized, compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you

Benefits

Pay: $15.00 – 16.50 per hour
