    BIM Manager

    Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $115k to $150k

    The BIM Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, processes, and workflows. This role involves leading the transition from AutoCAD to Revit, managing asset databases, and collaborating with various teams to ensure BIM integration supports organizational needs and standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain BIM standards for internal and external use.
    • Lead the transition from AutoCAD to Revit, coordinating with staff and consultants.
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM central models and databases.
    • Develop and manage protocols for BIM and GIS data sharing and updates.
    • Maintain an as-built library and ensure compliance with established standards.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to support BIM and GIS workflows.

    Education & Qualifications:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
    • 12 years of relevant CAD/GIS/BIM work experience
    • Background in design and construction of medium to large-scale projects
    • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
    • Knowledge of Navisworks, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and ESRI suite
    • Experience translating 2D information into 3D BIM models
    • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
