    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BMW Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury automobiles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to build relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in navigating our extensive BMW inventory, providing them with the information and guidance needed to make informed purchasing decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Greet customers and develop a rapport to understand their needs and preferences regarding BMW vehicles.
    - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the BMW product line, including features, specifications, and financing options.
    - Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of each model.
    - Assist customers in the formulation of financing options and arrangements, ensuring a smooth and transparent purchasing process.
    - Follow up with prospective buyers to answer questions and guide them through the decision-making process.
    - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs established by the dealership management.
    - Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
    - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
    - Participate in dealership events and promotions to maximize outreach and sales opportunities.
    - Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business or a related field is preferred.
    - Previous sales experience in the automotive industry, particularly luxury vehicles, is highly desirable.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    - A customer-centric mindset with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
    - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
    - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    - Proficient in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
