With two locations, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, reliable, and honest automotive service to BMW owners. Our shop offers a laid-back, small-business environment where our team is treated like family. We’re looking to add an experienced and passionate BMW Service Advisor/Manager to our team who shares our commitment to quality, customer service, and integrity.

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Provide knowledgeable advice on BMW repairs and maintenance.

    Estimate Writing: Accurately write up repair estimates and ensure customer approval before proceeding with services.

    Sales: Sell repairs and services in a clear, honest, and transparent way, ensuring customers understand the value of the work being done.

    Parts Management: Order and track parts for repairs, ensuring all necessary components are in stock and ordered in a timely manner.

    Teamwork: Work closely with our technicians, ensuring all necessary information is provided for smooth, efficient repair processes.

    Technology: Use computers and technology to manage repair orders, schedule appointments, and track parts orders efficiently.

    Requirements:

    Strong knowledge of BMW vehicles, particularly BMW parts and systems.

    Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role, preferably with BMW or luxury automotive brands.

    Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Ability to work well with technology and computer systems.

    Valid, current driver’s license.

    A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

    Ability to work honestly, ethically, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
