    BODY20 is a new boutique fitness studio offering personal training with FDA-cleared Electric Muscle Stimulation. In one 20 minute workout, a member will see equivalent results to spending hours in the gym. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the hottest and most transformational concept in personal training. The first BODY20 in the DMV area is coming to Sterling at the beautiful Cascades Overlook Town Center and we are looking for a Head Coach to lead a team of Fitness Coaches to train members and provide an outstanding experience.

    Responsibilities

    Create and manage coach staffing schedule

    Orchestrate and execute client progress reports - review a client's health progress and suggest adjustments to work outs to meet their goals

    Observe and evaluate coaching team for opportunities to improve service

    Work with coaches to adjust member workouts accounting for injuries and other medical restrictions and fitness goals

    Spend a significant portion of a typical day coaching members:

    Help members and prospective members suit up in our EMS wearables, and guide them through personal training sessions. During the workout, provide encouragement and positive energy, solicit member feedback and adjust EMS device settings as appropriate, and monitor / educate members on correct exercise form

    Administer InBody (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis scale) evaluations

    Prepare for member appointments by preparing EMS suits and equipment

    Obtain and maintain company required certifications on the EMS device

    Clean and maintain the studio and equipment

    May be called upon to assist with some sales and other activities if time permits

    Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs in the course of normal studio operations and/or demonstrate the workouts to members

    Required Candidate Attributes

    At least 3-5 years of previous Personal Training or Group Training experience

    Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification

    Fitness Management Experience

    CPR/AED certification

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    A passion for fitness

    Personal integrity, detail-oriented, organized, reliable and prompt

    Willing and able to work some weekends and (non-major) holidays depending on member appointment schedules
