Clinical Therapist (Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family, Psychologist)

Bricolage Wellness, PLLC, a group counseling and wellness practice, is on the search for dedicated and compassionate therapists to join our team. We are currently seeking candidates to see clients in all of our Illinois locations. Our team consists of down to earth and laid back clinicians. No, really. We are pretty relaxed. We wear slippers in the office. Our folx specialize in working with clients in the areas of reproductive and maternal mental health, eating and body image issues, trauma and/or anxiety. BW is an affirming practice who sees those in marginalized communities, including individuals, couples and families, as well as offers group options for our clients.

The ideal additions to our team must have experience in at least one of following areas:

• Reproductive/Perinatal issues
• Eating disorders/Body image issues (using a HAES framework)
• Trauma (IFS, EMDR, SE/SP, Brainspotting)

At Bricolage, quality of life for our W2 staff is priority. We offer the support of a multi-person admin team who handles ALL insurance, billing and client accounts. We have flexible scheduling, competitive salary and a variety of benefits. This position will start off as part-time, and build to full-time with referrals. This position will require clinicians to consistently see a minimum of 25 clients per week, and will then be considered a full-time/benefits eligible employee.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and diagnosis of mental health disorders according to DSM diagnostic criteria.

• Develop and implement individualized intervention and treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients using evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and case management.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients as needed.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of the profession.

• Stay current on the latest research and developments in the field of mental health.

Qualifications:

• State licensure as a LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, fully licensed in the state of IL

• Demonstrate knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexibility and collaboratively as a part of a team.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

• At least 3 years of experience in one of the niche areas mentioned above

• Clinicians must be available to work at least two evenings and one weekend day per week (this is when most of our clients want to be seen)

• Must be available to work in person and via telehealth capacities at the office (we provide chromebooks)

• Availability to see a minimum of 25 clients per week

• Excellent time management and detailed organization skills

• Paneled with insurance companies a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
