Job Description

Candidates must have their own transportation and tools, a valid driver's license is required.

Hands-on experience with drywall, paint and light finish carpentry or carpentry punchwork. Customer service / punchout experience with a homebuilder is preferred. 

Experience with punch-out work, trim, scheduling trades, running jobs efficiently, and thinking ahead. Problem solving is essential.

Knowledge of construction & experience in the industry beyond a DIY-level

Good work ethic, along with the understanding that the job must be done right. No exceptions.

Ability to think ahead and multi-task to solve issues. Be proactive versus reactive.

Ability and desire to deliver top quality craftsmanship

It is a physical Job. You must know how to use hand tools, cut wood, mix concrete, drive a bobcat, read blue prints, install wood deck, cabinetry, fencing, and fix a whole lot of other contractors screw-ups, every time.. the list goes on, no limits.
