Job Summary: Candace Wagner Cleaning is hiring a full-time Professional Cleaning Technician (Bubble Boss) to deliver high-quality residential cleaning services. The role focuses on exceeding client expectations through punctuality, professionalism, and exceptional cleaning standards.

Responsibilities:

Arrive on time and prepared.

Provide outstanding cleaning experiences.

Master cleaning tools and chemicals for safe, effective use.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.

Use efficient cleaning techniques for optimal results.

Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with clients and team.

Deliver value reflecting the Bubble Boss brand.

Collaborate with team members and support colleagues.

Uphold professional appearance and conduct.

Qualifications:

Residential cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness/safety.

Excellent communication and client rapport-building skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Proactive and adaptable mindset.

Available for full-time hours (M-F, 8:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).

Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle for daily job travel.

Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Benefits: No evening or weekend work.

Competitive pay ($40,000 - $50,000/year).

Paid time off (accrues after 6 months: 1 hour per 33 hours worked).
