The Casa Autoplex of Las Cruces has an immediate opening for a full-time, Business Development Center Phone Specialist.
Essential duties:
Answer all inbound service department phone calls and schedule needed service appointments
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for customers with needed recall appointments on their vehicles
Download and follow up on all dealership recall and missed opportunities lists
Advise customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns
Contact all appointment no-shows to reschedule their missed appointments
Work directly with each and every service department team member
Make CSI follow-up calls
Qualifications:
A successful BDC representative will be trained in the needed product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy that our service customers look for today. Communication is extremely important in a service department as it contributes to team building with all the dealership's departments
To perform this job successfully, an. individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
This is a position that all employees will receive continuous on-going training. Listed below are representative types of knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required:
Automotive repair service knowledge
Ability to multi-task betweeen phone and computer at the same time
Customer service experience
Bilingual skills are a plus
