    Our most important and valuable resource is our employees. The Sales position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a candidate that is self-motivated, driven, organized, and excels in an environment in which building customer relationships is essential.

    We are seeking a results-oriented sales leader, who can sell FRSTeam’s service and values to the insurance industry as well as commercial customers.

    Required Skills:

    · Prospect, nurture, and build new accounts

    · Manage the relationship and needs of current accounts

    · Develop a sales plan to ensure consistency of visits with current and potential clients

    · Be confident in face-to-face meetings

    · Conduct cold calling to set appointments

    · Present in front of groups, live or online

    · Daily travel to meet with accounts

    · Set goals, self-motivate, and work independently

    · Be accountable to a goal

    · Solid account management and organizational skills

    · Be confident in delivering FRSTeam messaging

    · Be able to learn and excel in CRM environment

    Required Experience:

    · Minimum of 3 years strong sales background with proven results

    · People-oriented and work well in team environment

    · Multitask and stay organized

    · Strong computer experience

    · Applicant must be able to pass background check and possess clean driving record (must be able to drive company vans and trucks).

    Salary (DOE) + Commission Paid vacations after 1 year

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000 per year Monday-Friday 8-5
