BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/MARKETER
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an exceptionally friendly, high-energy marketing ambassador for our pain clinic and mobile practice. In this position, you will provide leadership in the areas of marketing strategies, development of sales tools, growing census in established and new properties, serve as liaison, problem resolution, and social media efforts. The ideal candidate is self-directed, takes initiative, and can work independently and as part of a team.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and implementation of key marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Development and coordination of sales and support materials, brochures, and other tools.
Coordinates, and presents educational and promotional seminars.
Provides expertise by communicating strategies, direction, or general information.
Monitors and analyzes indicators of business performance.
Works closely with the Medical Director to identify business opportunities, support tools, and new marketing programs.
Keep current on the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
Maintains social media presence.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Work experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions (preferably in healthcare marketing).
Extensive knowledge of marketing principles, with strong, demonstrated expertise in translating customer needs into marketing strategies, solutions, and programs to meet sales objectives.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Extensive knowledge of sales/marketing strategic planning and program delivery.
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to solve problems with creativity and good judgment.
Ability to work effectively and comfortably with physicians and other medical professionals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effectively communicate with patients, peers, and management in a professional and kind manner.
Thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in an organized and structured manner while being attentive to clients/patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
Work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
Demonstrated expertise in translating customer needs into marketing strategies, solutions, and programs.
Knowledge of sales/marketing strategic planning and program delivery in the healthcare setting.
Proven experience with Home Health Care, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing a plus
