Wholesale food service meat purveyor looking for butchers / meat cutters. The successful candidates must have the ability to cut and size portion bone-in and boneless beef, pork, chicken, lamb and veal. Candidate must also be able to operate, assemble, disassemble, and clean bandsaws & processing equipment before and after use.
