Job Details
Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling, and confirming appointments
Entering patient information into the dental office system
Insurance verification, assist new patients in filling out the registration form
Collect and post payments including credit card transactions
Electronically submit/prepare insurance claims
Job Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner
3-5 years of experience within the dental field
Understanding of insurance procedures and claims is desired
Experience using computers (Dentrix a plus) and MS Office
Willing to effectively participate as a team member with the office personnel
Committed to the protection of confidential information, records and/or reports
Good organizational skills
Strong telephone, communication and time management skills
Must be a people person with a great attitude and attention to detail

Mandatory temperature check for all employees and patients before they enter the office
PPE including gowns, head covers, face guards, gloves, and masks for our clinical staff
Cleaning of all communal areas every hour
At the end of each day, our practices are environmentally cleaned and fumigated with a fog that kills any remaining traces of the virus
