Hi There! We are seeking a full-time HR Recruiting Coordinator to join our team over at Bacari Restaurant Group! We are a fast growing restaurant group with 7 locations in Los Angeles(Bacari W. Adams, Bacari PDR, Bacari W. 3rd, Bacari Silverlake, Natures Brew, and Byrdie's Rotisserie.). We offer competitive pay and benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Review and update HR information system records
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in hospitality Human Resources and Recruitment
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
