    Seeking an Experienced Housekeeping Manager for The Drury Collection - Cleveland Downtown

    Join our team at the recently renovated Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown, a historic landmark with 189 rooms and over 3,900 sq. ft. of event space.

    Meet Our General Manager: Brandon Gibeaut, a hospitality expert with 25+ years in the field and an Army National Guard veteran, joined Drury in 2019. He focuses on team leadership and creating memorable guest experiences.

    Role Highlights:

    Lead housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams to uphold exceptional cleanliness, functionality, and service.

    Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet top standards in presentation and cleanliness.

    Manage property maintenance to create a welcoming environment for all guests.

    Schedule:

    Day shift with weekday starts at 7AM and weekend starts at 8AM. The rotating weekend schedule offers a good work/life balance, with one full weekend off, one full weekend on, and two weekends where you'll work either Saturday or Sunday each month.
