    Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Back Office Accounting Assistant to join our team and assist the Back Office Director. The Back Office Accounting Assistant will be responsible for processing, scheduling, reviewing, collecting, and managing wire transfers to ensure accuracy. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

    Duties

    • Assist Back office with accounts payable and receivable processes
    • Wire Transfer Processing: Execute and manage domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    • Scheduling and Collecting Wire Transfers
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with wire transfers, including fraud prevention
    • Processing contract templates and updating CRM database

    Experience

    We are currently looking to hire an additional member to our accounting team. This job will include the following;

    • Accounts Receivable

    • Accounts Payable

    • Wire Transfer Processing

    • Excel

    • CRM software

    • Editing contract templates

    • Basic data entry skills

    -Strong understanding of wire transfer procedures and regulations. (we will teach)

    • Proficiency in using banking software and systems.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    1 - 2 years minimum past experience in accounting. Past experience and fluency in the above software's are required.
