Job Summary The Busser position is a core part of our Front of House team and is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a clean dining room, organization of our service wares, and providing a timely, warm experience to our guests. The Busser position works alongside our Servers and Bartenders to keep sections clean, clear, and reset tables, maintain water levels, polish glassware/ silverware, and provide coffee service.
Responsibilities
Filling and refilling tap water pitchers, filling guests' glasses.
Making coffee/ espresso-based drinks, and tea drinks.
Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the polish station, coffee, station, and server station.
Help as extra hands running food, drinks, or cocktails
Help clear and reset tables/ bar seats on the floor during service.
Keep the floor well stocked with a steady stream of clean glasses, plates, and silverware from the dishwasher/ polish stations.
Fold napkins as needed.
Actively participates in all fronts of house training programs and consistently meets training expectations.
Qualifications
2+ years wait staff experience preferred
Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to thrive in an active, and demanding environment
A positive and energetic personality
