You'll be valued here!  Are you seeking to leverage your skills with a rapidly-growing land investment company? We are seeking a Real Estate Data Analyst, a key member of our team to help scale our business to the next level! A successful team member in this role thinks outside the box to identify new markets and efficiently address challenges surrounding land valuation. As an integral member of our team, you will get a seat at the table selecting markets and individual acquisition opportunities with success-based bonuses.  Compensation: $60,000 Base + Commission ($90,000- $120,000 Expected Earnings)  Upon submitting an application, you will receive an automatic email including two assessments to complete. Responsibilities: • Drives deal flow by strategically pricing markets to accurately deliver offers to landowners with the property sight unseen • Analysis of the for-sale market and sold transaction history with strategic acumen to identify subtle key attributes that drive land valuation • Reviewing and valuing each property against purchasing criteria • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in sub-market data sets • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing real estate reports, public info, and competitive market analysis to locate and correct filtered data sets Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of data analysis (or Excel data manipulation) experience • High level Excel proficiency is required • Prior software programming experience is helpful • Four-year degree • Access to high-speed internet service • Strong Self Starter/Personal Accountability/Analytical Thinking/Problem-Solving/Time & Priority Management Skills • CRM experience is a plus (we use Podio) • Must be tech Savvy- we are highly automated, so you will have to keep up with workflows that are automated and systems that are online and dynamic • History of self starting, work from home productivity • Must follow procedures and processes. (We are open to all suggestions to update or improve processes!)  Compensation: $90,000- $120,000 Expected Earnings
