    ABOUT THE ROLE:

     

    In this role, you will identify and win new clients by attending relevant events, networking, and meeting with potential clients face-to-face. You will play a critical and active role in growing our company.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    HUNTING:

    • Originate and nurture business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients (Focus on a specific metro area).

    • Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients’ senior executives.

    • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.

     

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

    • Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client's needs and achieve their desired business outcomes.

    • Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.

    • Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.

     

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

     

    • A sales expert who is passionate about selling technology solutions

    • 3+ years of relevant experience as a sales/client solutions agent.

    • A proven track record of revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement.

    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.

    • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients.

    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

    • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

    • Native English or fully bilingual (English).

    • Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is definitely a plus.
