Job Description
Summary: Branch assignments are to be identified using current performance measures. Under performing branches will be identified and assigned to ROM by VP of Branch Development. Operational Review and assessment to be documented upon visit to branches outlining opportunities for improvements. Action plan to be developed and timeline for implementation established to complete improvements. Schedule to review action plans with VP Branch Development and local management to be maintained until results from branch meet company expectations. ROM will be directly responsible in conjunction with the VP Sales and Operations for further development and implementation of the Company Operational Best Practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as a member of the regional corporate staff, working to achieve results through consulting with the branch General Managers, and their local staffs. Carries out all assigned responsibilities in accordance with company policies, union contracts and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and promotional materials. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
